Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Refunds and Cancellations All refunds must return the item in it's unopened, still sealed condition. This is because opening the official seal on sealed trading card products directly devalues the item meaning it can no longer be resold at the same value.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Orders that have been removed from their original packaging cannot be returned due to the nature of the product.
Please note: If we determine that an item being returned is counterfeit—such as purchasing a booster box from us and attempting to return a non-genuine copy—or if individual cards have been swapped out for your own copies in worse condition, we will deny the refund and report the fraudulent activity, including forwarding your details to the Police.
Starting a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at sales@dugzcards.co.uk. We will provide the return address via email if your return request is eligible. Please do not send items back without first requesting a return, as they will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return items to us. Additionally, the original shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately at sales@dugzcards.co.uk if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, custom or personalized products, personal care items, and hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases). Please contact us if you are unsure about your specific item. Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, place a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection for a refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at sales@dugzcards.co.uk.
Additional Terms We are not responsible for any costs incurred due to delayed, lost, or misrouted orders.
