Shipping Policy
At Dugz Cards, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and securely. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail using the following services:

Royal Mail 2nd Class Letter and Large Letter Estimated delivery: 2-3 working days.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 Large Letter, Small Parcel, and Medium Parcel Estimated delivery: 2-3 working days, with full tracking available.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 Large Letter, Small Parcel, and Medium Parcel Estimated delivery: 1-2 working days, with full tracking available.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm (Large Letter, Small Parcel, Medium Parcel) Guaranteed next working day delivery by 1pm.
Order Dispatch We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 3:30 PM on weekdays on the same day. Orders placed after 3:30 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched the following working day. Please note that Royal Mail's delivery estimates do not account for the time required to process and dispatch your order.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are determined by the weight and size of your order and will be calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method.
Returns For information about returns, including eligibility, refunds, and other related policies, please refer to our Refunds Policy.
Order Processing Times Our team works diligently to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, ensuring minimal delay between placing your order and its shipment.

Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: Please note that shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Customer Responsibility for Returns: If you choose to return an item, you are responsible for the shipping costs of the return.

Lost/Delayed Orders: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for additional costs incurred due to lost, delayed, or misrouted orders caused by Royal Mail.

Preorders and Backorders Shipping Policy
For both preorder and backorder items, delivery estimates are approximate and subject to change based on supplier availability and shipping schedules. While we strive to dispatch these items as promptly as possible, delays may occur that are beyond our control.
We will update customers on any changes to delivery timelines as soon as we become aware of them, and we aim to ship preorder and backorder items immediately upon receiving stock from our suppliers.
Mixed Orders Policy:

If your order includes a combination of preorder/backorder items and items we currently have in stock, we will reserve shipment of your entire order until all preorder/backorder items are available. To avoid delays, we recommend placing orders for preorder/backorder items separately from those containing in-stock products.

If your order includes multiple preorder/backorder items with different release dates, shipment will be reserved until all items are available. We suggest placing separate orders for items with differing release dates to prevent delays in delivery.
Please note that Dugz Cards is not liable for delays or changes in estimated delivery times for preorder or backorder items.
