The Process Explained

What are the stages?

1. Prepare and package cards

We recommend using penny sleeves and semi rigid card holders for your cards. Then sandwich your cards between two pieces of cardboard and use elastic bands to keep it in place.

Finally place your cards in a small box or bubble mailer for transit and send them to our location emailed to you as part of your service level.

2. Awaiting arrival

At this stage your cards should still be in transit on their way to us, we'll let you know when they've arrived.

Please note: We must receive your card(s) within 21 calendar days of your order being placed, otherwise we may cancel the order and apply deductions as outlined in our Terms of Service.

3. Arrived

We've confirmed your cards have arrived and if your service level includes detailed scans we've taken a detailed scan of your cards before service has begun.

4. Service level in-progress

At this stage work on your cards has begun.

5. QA Checks

At this stage we've finished working on your cards and are carrying out quality assurance checks before sending them back to you.

If your service level includes detailed card scans we'll take the final scans at this stage too.

6. Shipped back to you

Finally we ship the cards back to you ready to be put on display in your personal collection or sent off for grading.

How long does each service level take?

Essential Card Cleaning Service

After your cards have arrived and in-progress we aim to complete this service level within 2 business days and ship your cards back to you.

Precision Card Cleaning Service

After your cards have arrived and in-progress we aim to complete this service level within 7 business days and ship your cards back to you.

Ultimate Card Revival Service

After your cards have arrived and in-progress we aim to complete this service level within 14 business days and ship your cards back to you.

While this service level can potentially be as fast as previous tiers, your cards may need multiple days worth of humidification and flat pressing in order to bring them up to their best condition.

Due to this service time may differ on a per card basis.

Radiance Restoration Service

After your cards have arrived and in-progress we aim to complete this service level within 2 business days and ship your cards back to you.

Precision Dent Repair Service

After your cards have arrived and in-progress we aim to complete this service level within 14 business days and ship your cards back to you.

While this service level can potentially be as fast as previous tiers, your cards may need multiple days worth of humidification and flat pressing in order to bring them up to their best condition.

Due to this service time may differ on a per card basis.

Commonly asked questions

Can you remove 'pokemould'?

In our experience, the small dark specks sometimes seen on older Pokémon cards (often referred to as “pokemould”) are usually just surface dirt or grease. These marks typically come off during cleaning, and in most cases the card can be fully restored without lasting damage.

Can you fix whitening?

Whitening cannot be restored, as it involves missing ink. Any attempt to recolour would be considered an alteration by grading companies. We exclusively use non-altering, preservation-safe methods.

Can you fix silvering?

Silvering cannot be restored, as it involves missing ink. Any attempt to recolour would be considered an alteration by grading companies. We exclusively use non-altering, preservation-safe methods.

Can you fix scratches?

We can often reduce light scuffs or abrasions with our Radiance Restoration. Scratches are typically permanent, but shallow marks may be improved or even removed depending on depth, location, severity, and age. Cards usually look better after treatment.

Can you fix lifting/peeling?

We can can address lifting/peeling as part of our Precision Dent Repair or Ultimate Card Revival services. Results vary on a card‑by‑card basis — while we always aim for complete restoration, in some cases lifting/peeling cannot be fully corrected. In those situations, we improve the card as much as possible and get it to the best condition it can reasonably achieve.

Can you fix creasing?

We can can address creases as part of our Precision Dent Repair or Ultimate Card Revival services. Results vary on a card‑by‑card basis — while we always aim for complete restoration, in some cases creasing cannot be fully corrected. In those situations, we improve the card as much as possible and get it to the best condition it can reasonably achieve.

Can I send you a graded card to be cleaned?

Yes — you can send us graded cards for cleaning. However, please note that any card cleaning order containing graded cards must also include the appropriate quantity of our Graded Slab Cracking Service.

For example, if you order 1x Ultimate Tier and 1x Essential Tier service, and both cards are still in slabs, your order must also include 2x Graded Slab Cracking Service to be valid. This ensures we can safely remove each card from its slab before cleaning.

Orders placed without the required slab cracking service will not be processed until the correct quantity is added.
